At INLEAP Photonics, we develop innovative and ultra-fast laser system technology for industrial and safety-critical applications. In addition to optimising laser processes in manufacturing, we also work on high-precision systems for drone defence. In order to successfully position our INLEAP® FASTLIGHT® technologies on the market and establish sales in industrial and safety-critical environments, we are looking for support in our sales department:
Sales Manager (m/f/d)
As Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for establishing and developing our sales in the B2B environment. You will acquire initial key accounts, accompany pilot projects through to contract conclusion and work closely with product management and development to translate customer requirements into marketable solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Establishing and developing the sales structure for industrial and safety-critical customers
- Identifying and approaching potential customers (key accounts, system integrators, industry partners, public clients)
- Supporting pilot projects and proof-of-concepts through to contract conclusion
- Preparing quotations, contracts and sales strategies
- Close coordination with product management and business development
Your qualifications and skills:
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the defence sector
- Technical understanding and ability to communicate complex solutions in an understandable way
- Strong focus on closing deals and structured approach to work
- Business fluent communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel for customer appointments and trade fairs
